Alder Lake (2931 acres) This large reservoir covers parts of Pierce (1690 acres), Thurston (1117 acres), and Lewis (124 acres) Counties. It has several boat ramps and good bank access. Primary species include rainbow, cutthroat, kokanee, largemouth bass, yellow perch, black crappie and bullhead catfish. The season is open year-round. Disabled accessibility at Tacoma City Light park - Level 1. WCT, Blk Tpa, dp, docks, mooring.

Question: Why cant we just make this the family re-union? there are tons of cabins around there, and motels, fairly reasonable.

lots of options, food-easy bbq, hot dogs, haystacks and/or maybe one resturaunt out, i say why not.
