This is directly emailed from Jessica Rose

Hi pet!

Here is a sketch for you to review. :) Not sure if we are on the same page or not. I took a look at the birds you attached last time around AFTER having done this little guy. Then I remember you were hoping for more folk arty... like. :) So, he is definitely changeable. Also, the text can be in a an actual computer font if everyone would rather that. Just let me know! :) It is all in pencil so still VERY much changeable. If you'd like to scrap this one alltogether as well... not a problem.

Welcome to Ocean Front Villa Experience the Perfect Absolute Ocean Front Villa

Too Much! (Or is it Two Much?) What can you say about a place that has:

• Two huge "Absolute Oceanfront" decks
looking right over one of the most
beautiful sandy beaches on the Oregon
coast;
• Two (not just one, two!) 8' X 8' hot tubs
on your private "Absolute Oceanfront"
deck;
• Two spacious levels of "Absolute
Oceanfront" fun-at-the-beach living
areas;
• Two fireplaces, with fireplace sitting
areas;
• Two well equipped kitchens;
• Two large propane grills for your
barbequing pleasure

What do you call a place that's tailor-made for the most fun you ever had at the beach? What about a place that's perfect for a getaway by yourself, or for you and thirty of your best friends or your extended family? And what would you call a place with huge "Absolute Oceanfront" decks with sweeping views of the ocean and easy access to a fantastic sandy beach?

We call it Ocean Front Villa in Bella Beach, Oregon.

This is beachfront living the way you've always imagined it. It's relaxed, laid-back, with breathtaking views of the central Oregon coast and the Pacific Ocean that seem to go on forever, and with the sound of the surf and smells of the ocean air filling you with a feeling of well-being and contentment.

Spacious. That's one word to describe Ocean Front Villa. Maybe even, HUGE! This is over 4300 square feet of "Absolute Oceanfront" comfort and fun. Even the parking area is larger than life, with nine well marked, convenient off street parking spaces! As you walk in the door, you enter a room with soaring ceilings, large comfortable spaces, and sweeping ocean views. Exploring, you find accommodations for up to 31 persons, including 6 bedrooms with a loft, 3 bathrooms, numerous cots and roll away beds, 2 kitchens, and a recreation room with a pool table and an air hockey table. You catch your breath in one of two fireplace sitting areas, and then walk outside onto one of Ocean Front Villa's two gigantic "Absolute Oceanfront" decks. You could almost play a game of touch football on these decks. Well, you could if it weren't for the two 8' X 8' hot tubs on the lower deck! You step off the deck and descend the stairs to the sandy beach below, a beautiful beach that runs for miles, perfect for solitary walks, romantic twosomes, or big games of beach volleyball, campfires and cookouts.

Hungry? This is the place for hungry people; with two kitchens and two large propane grills you've got plenty of room to prepare any meal for the whole crew.

You have arrived at one of the coast's most relaxing vacation rentals, where the e mphasis is on casual fun (leave the formality at home, please), where you can kick back and really enjoy being at the ocean, whether by yourself or in the company of others. Here, two much is just right!

The Quintessential Luxury Beach House

When you arrive at Ocean Front Villa the first thing you notice is. (Actually, the first thing you notice is that there is plenty of off-street parking, with 9 parking spaces).but the next thing is that Ocean Front Villa is "Absolute Oceanfront." Wall-to-wall windows capture the view, bringing you sweeping views of the ocean and the beach. The next thing you notice is how spacious it is. It is absolutely huge, over 4300 square feet, with a soaring ceiling that makes it feel even larger. Built on two levels, with 6 bedrooms with a loft, with the use of cots, rollaways, and mats, it will comfortably sleep up to 31 persons. Three bathrooms and two kitchens make the living easy for even the largest groups. Throughout the Villa, the décor is a pleasant mix of country and oceanfront.

Entry

There is a ramp from the parking area to the main level of Ocean Front Villa, making the main level and main level deck handicapped accessible.

Main Level

The main level is open and spacious, with soaring ceilings and ceiling fans. It consists of two sitting areas which are open to each other, one of which also contains a fireplace (one of two in the Villa), and the kitchen, dining area, three bedrooms (one, a loft bedroom), and one bathroom. Wall-to-wall windows look across the deck and out on the Pacific Ocean with a sweeping view of the ocean and beach.

The fireplace sitting area is perfect for conversations or for just cozying up in front of the fire, with several couches and chairs. The bench seats hold games and toys for youngsters. Several of the couches contain sofa sleepers.

The spiral staircase leads from this seating area to the loft bedroom, which has a double bed and looks down on the entire window seating area and dining area.

The window seating area is arranged to take maximum advantage of the view. It is light and airy, with tables for games, working puzzles, and dining. (The games and puzzles, and there are a lot of them, are stored under the kitchen counter in the dining area.

Mealtimes on a vacation are always special, with great conversations and conviviality. Large groups will find Ocean Front Villa convenient and inviting for meal preparation and dining. The dining table seats 10, and there is room for 6 at the counter. Several other tables throughout the Villa increase its capacity.

There are two well equipped kitchens at Ocean Front Villa, and two large propane grills, making meal preparation a snap for any size group. The main floor kitchen is light and bright with white tiled countertops. It also enjoys the ocean view.

Besides the loft bedroom, there are two other bedrooms on the main level.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed, and is furnished in a country style, with colors leaning to Dusty Rose.

The second bedroom, sometimes called "The Green Room," is beautifully furnished in country wicker with a comfortable queen bed. It is light and inviting, with a built-in dresser and other very homey touches.

The main level bathroom features double sinks, a tub and a shower with a detachable, hand held shower head. There are some pull bars for handicapped assistance.

Lower Level

Take the stairs from just behind the kitchen to the lower level, and fun! The Villa's lower level features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a second fireplace sitting area, a second kitchen, and a recreation room with a pool table and an air hockey table. It also features wall-to-wall windows with a spectacular ocean view.

A second wood burning fireplace anchors the lower level sitting area. 'This is a comfortable and cozy area, great for watching TV, playing games, or just for conversations or reading.

The Brass bedroom features a brass queen bed, country décor, and direct access to the lower level deck and stairs to the beach.

The second lower level bedroom will sleep 3 persons with a queen bed and a twin daybed.

The third lower level bedroom has a queen bed and outside access.

The spacious lower level first bathroom is decorated in oceanfront style.

The lower level also has a second kitchen, with an electric range and refrigerator. This is the perfect place to prepare snacks while playing pool or air hockey in the lower level recreation room.

The Villa's third bathroom is a ¾ bath on the lower level.

Adding greatly to the Villa's fun quotient is the lower level recreation room, with a pool table and air hockey table. Of course, the recreation room also has a sweeping ocean view. There is plenty of room for playing games or for just sitting around, enjoying the spectacular ocean view and the company of the people you're with. Yes, indeed, this is a special place.

The Decks

The most striking feature of Ocean Front Villa is the two huge "Absolute Oceanfront" decks and two huge hot tubs. How huge are the decks? More than 57 feet of "Absolute Oceanfront" width, and large enough to stretch out on and have a good time. The hot tubs are 8' X 8', with fabulous ocean views.

The top deck has a Plexiglas wind break. The bottom deck has the protection of the top deck against the elements.

Both decks have sweeping views of the ocean and the beach at your feet. No matter the season or the weather, whether for sunbathing or barbequing on sunny days, or storm watching from the hot tub during the winter, you'll feel the irresistible attraction of the ocean from these two huge decks. This is why you come to the ocean, and there is no better place to experience it all than Ocean Front Villa.

Utilitarian Things

There is parking for 9 regular sized vehicles, larger vehicles may reduce capacity. See the photo gallery for a better idea of the parking situation.

The telephone is for local calls. Long distance is available only via collect calls, phone cards, and to toll-free numbers.
